NHW in Spain

Another burglary took place yesterday (Friday) at 2.45 in the afternoon. The property was occupied by 4 people at the time. The robbers used a Burgundy Renault Cleo, so be on the lookout for this car in the area. At the moment it seems that the Manzanas are being targeted by the thieves and are looking for open properties and do not seem to be worried that the property is occupied at the time. Please make sure that you do not leave doors or windows open and unprotected whilst you are not in the room, even if you go to the bathroom just close up windows and doors as it only takes a few minutes for the robbers to enter and then disappear.

Foiled Robbery at El Limonar

4 burglaries took place in Lago Jardin at the end of last week (one when the property was occupied). It is the same 2 men who have been haunting the urbanization for the last 2 years. Please do not leave your doors or security gates open when you are elsewhere in your property. I have had 9 burglaries reported to me in the last 2 days, so it looks as if that crime is on the increase at the moment and you are asked to be extra vigilant to avoid you or your neighbours adding to these. If you see anything slightly suspicious please report it immediately to the Police 112. These thieves must be stopped. Also a reminder if your property is not marked please ask for a marking pen from your Lead Coordinator or from me and get it marked as soon as possible. The pens are available at a cost of 1 euro along with an ultra violet keyring at 3 euros.
